Utilizing the concrete from its own plant, this division makes it into quality blocks and is a first choice supplier to various Government and large Contractors. From ordinary and conventional block manufacturing, it has inaugurated its full production using the latest and most advanced technology in block making and its related products, the 1st of its kind in Bahrain and the 2nd one in GCC. It has a capacity of 1 million blocks per month.

Nofa Marine Services supplies high quality sand & aggregates to various contractors and traders besides the Group being a captive consumer. It has its own fleet of trucks and related equipment.

This division of the Al Kobaisi Group of Companies operates with four powerscreen sand washing plants, 1 British-made sand washing plant, four wheel loaders, 20 dump trucks & tippers and excavators. The powerscreen washing plants are designed to deliver high standard performances in all-important washing process. The total washing capacity of these plants is 200 tons per hour. Powerscreen is efficient in removing silts, slimes and clays from sand, bringing it to specification. Physical and chemical analysis tests are carried out daily in accordance with the international BS and ASTM standards.

Established alongside the Construction Division in 1972, this division participates in most of the projects. It has a full-pledged workshop, skilled staff and undertakes independent projects as well. Recently accomplished the woodworks in the 84-villa project of the Construction Division, multi-storey building at Sanabis and currently it is undertaking the woodworks for private villas.
